manufacturing company.


We specialize in producing a wide range of clothing and accessories, from small handcrafted tote
bags to luxury batik-inspired garments.
Our products are distributed both locally and internationally, with a strong focus on foreign
markets. Tote bags are priced from 2200.00 Sri Lankan Rupees, while unique batik-designed
clothing items start from 8000.00 Sri Lankan Rupees and above.


As our company primarily engages in transactions involving foreign currencies, we see

Refunds Policy

we prioritize customer satisfaction and trust. Our Refund Policy ensures that every customer
feels confident shopping with us, knowing that they are covered in the event they are not fully
satisfied with their purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain fairness and hygiene standards, the following are non-returnable/non-refundable:

  • Gift cards (cannot be reused once issued).
  • Personalized or custom-made products (crafted specifically for an individual).
  • Perishable items.

International Focus

As a brand that deals in foreign currencies, P&M prioritizes secure and convenient payment
solutions. PayHere’s international payment options will help us serve customers abroad with
confidence.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If a customer requires a different size, color, or style, they may request an exchange within 7
days.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock, ensuring customers still get a product they
    Like.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

Customers may return items within 7 days from the purchase date.
Conditions for a valid return:

  • The product must remain unused and in original condition.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • For batik clothing, customers must strictly follow the care instructions on the care label
    included with every garment. This ensures the fabric’s longevity and avoids returns
    caused by improper handling.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, P&M ensures immediate corrective action:

  • Customers must notify us promptly.
  • Depending on stock, we may issue a replacement or provide a full refund.
  • Customers are prioritized to avoid further inconvenience.
